Bubble Zones Legislation Before the SCOTUS
Illinois Family Institute is excited to announce the appointment of Monte Larrick as its Media Affairs Director.
Larrick, an award-winning broadcast journalist, recently retired from Moody Broadcasting in Chicago after more than 30 years of service. He will be using his news-gathering experience to help inform IFI supporters about issues that affect their lives. Mr. Larrick and his wife have been married for 33 years and have two daughters.
Monte’s first report for IFI is about the constitutionality of “bubble zones” legislation and the oral arguments before the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) in the case of McCullen v. Coakley, which challenges Massachusetts’ “bubble zone” law–the most restrictive in the country.
