The Great Gelding of American men was a necessary precondition for “trans”-cultists to begin in earnest their effort to eradicate all public recognition of sex differences everywhere for everyone. This goal is within reach because of policies and laws already in place. The “Equality” Act will be the coup de grace. This effort could not be successful without the gelding of American men. In previous generations, men would have protected women and children, but that was then and this is now.

The “Equality” Act has already passed the U.S. House of Representatives with three traitorous Republicans voting in favor of it. It now moves to the U.S. Senate. Let’s hope and pray there are enough wise and courageous men and women to stop it there.

I have said and written ad nauseum something that no one to my knowledge is discussing, which is that once discrimination based on both “sex” and “gender identity” is prohibited in places of public accommodation—as it is here in Illinois and will be everywhere if the “Equality” Act is signed into law—there exists no legal way to prohibit normal men—those the left refers to as “cisgender”—from accessing women’s private spaces, including women’s bathrooms and locker rooms.

How far gone is Illinois (and by “gone,” I mean arrogantly leftist)?

Well, despite statewide and even nationwide condemnation of the proposed “Culturally Responsive Teaching and Leading Standards,”  the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules (JCAR) just passed them along partisan lines.

In a vote delayed by one day, JCAR voted 6-5 to approve these standards that will infuse the assumptions of Critical Race Theory/ identity politics/BLM into 1.  all teacher-training programs, 2. all Professional Education Licensing (PEL), and 3. indirectly into all public school classrooms.

Leftists in Springfield are still not done using Illinois schools to preach “woke” beliefs to Illinois school children, thereby driving more families out of Illinois—which is a bad thing for Illinoisans who can’t leave—and driving more families out of government schools—which is a good thing except for those who can’t leave.

State Representative Mary Flowers (D-Chicago) has filed a jaw-dropping bill , HB 80, that doesn’t propose merely “standards” or “guidelines” or even a type of curricula. Oh no, Flowers is going for the whole enchilada. If passed, her bill would mandate the teaching of specific books on race and feminism: 20 non-fiction books and 9 fiction. Every book is written by a leftist. There is not one book in Flowers’ list by either a person of color or a colorless person who criticizes or dissents from leftist assumptions on race or feminism.

Illinois Democrats are hell-bent on passing a new law—the REACH Act —that will require every school-age child in Illinois public schools to be introduced to homosexuality and cross-sex impersonation through mandatory “comprehensive sex ed.” To be clear, that’s every child from kindergarten on up and in every school year. If this passes the rules committee on Feb. 16, 2021—that’s 12 days from now—it becomes de facto law.

It’s a rambling piece of slumgullion ostensibly on “Christian Nationalism” that throws together equally unhelpful quotes from Christian leaders without once defining Christian Nationalism; or making distinctions between patriotism and “Christian Nationalism”; or between those who merely use Christian rhetoric and true Christ-followers; or between the rioters and the thousands of Americans—including many Christians—who were at the protest but had nothing to do with the riots.

Some IFI readers may remember attorney and evangelical Christian, David French, former writer for National Review whom many conservatives formerly admired. Not so much anymore. He spent much of the last four years trying to ensure that Donald Trump did not win a second term. Apparently, French plans to spend 2021 defending his own honor and urging Christians to repent of their sin of voting for a corrupt man—no, you silly people, not the corrupt Biden.
