Leftists have redefined “hate.” To them hatred refers to ideas and moral beliefs that they think harm others. So, using that definition, how do leftists hate people? Let’s count the ways. Well, not all the ways. That would suck dry the wellsprings of hope from which we draw at the beginning of each New Year and which are granted to us by a gracious God who has jobs for us to do—with joy.

Let’s look at just one way leftists demonstrate their hatred of humans: legislation pursued in California and the California-Wannabe State: Illinois.

Scott Wiener is an infamous, middle-aged California state senator representing San Francisco and most notable for his erotic lust for men and for his abuse of position, power, and taxpayer money to promote sexual degeneracy. In other words, he is California’s Kelly Cassidy—Illinois’ lesbian State Representative from Chicago who routinely makes a mockery of decency, compassion, and justice.

Wiener’s latest assault on human rights and dignity is SB 107, which took effect on January 1, 2023, making California the first “trans”-sanctuary state in the country. The childless Wiener along with Equality California and Planned Parenthood—which now profits handsomely from cross-sex hormone-doping—conspired to lure sexually confused minors to California to be experimented on by profiteering quacks who masquerade as healthcare professions.

Gender-dysphoric minor children who live in states that prohibit dangerous, experimental chemical and surgical interventions to treat disordered feelings about their biological sex are now incentivized to hightail it to California where greedy doctors will eagerly harm their healthy bodies for money, money, money.

The law, deceitfully titled the “Gender-Affirming Healthcare Act,” allows minors to receive such “treatments” no matter who brings them across state lines. A minor brought across state lines by a parent about to lose custody can access such “treatments” in defiance of the wishes of a parent soon to be granted custody. A minor brought to California by a non-custodial, non-parent can access such “treatments.” A resourceful runaway can access such “treatments.”

Equally frightening, this law permits California courts to terminate parental rights granted in other states via “temporary emergency jurisdiction.”

Moreover, this blow to parental rights prohibits the state from sharing any medical information about minors with parents who oppose chemical and surgical procedures that disrupt the normal bodily processes and maim the bodies of their own children.

Don’t be surprised when an underground service a là the Jane Collective is created to ferry troubled children to California in search of transtopia where mutilated children cavort gaily in blood-red fields of discarded body parts. It will be called the Rachel Levine Collective.

Of the 13 co-authors of this bill, at least seven are homosexual and one is bisexual.

Unfortunately, Illinois too is plagued with Democrats who are as hell-bent on destroying the bodies, minds, and hearts of children as they are in destroying the nuclear family, publicly subsidized schools, and urban communities.

While Kelly Cassidy has a long history of using the government to normalize disordered eroticism, somehow another homosexual lawmaker got the jump on her with regard to a “trans”-sanctuary bill for Illinois. That lawmaker is State Senator Michael Simmons (D-Chicago) who was appointed to the office in February 2021 when another disastrous leftist lawmaker—Heather Steans—retired.

On November 29,2022 Simmons—who has no children—introduced SB 4245, the “Gender-Affirming Health Care Protection Act,” which prohibits the “State,” “law enforcement,” and the “Governor” from complying with statutes and subpoenas issued by other states regarding experimental and ghoulish medical “interventions” with which leftists like to maim minors’ bodies.

Simmons bill defines “gender-affirming care” as “medically necessary health care that respects the gender identity of the patient, as experienced and defined by the patient” (emphasis added). Simmons wants troubled, immature minor children, many of whom suffer from co-morbidities like depression, anxiety, and autism and who are vulnerable to social contagion, to be free to access risky chemical and surgical interventions without the knowledge or consent of their own parents. And he wants Big Brother to facilitate this whole nightmarish project.

While leftists like Simmons and Wiener want the government to help children align their healthy bodies with disordered feelings by mutilating them, they want government to prohibit helping children align their disordered feelings with their healthy bodies through counseling. Former Illinois State Representative Tom Morrison couldn’t even get a hearing for his “Youth Health Protection Act” proposed in Feb. 2019, the first bill in the nation that sought to protect minors from experimental “interventions.”

If passed, Simmon’s bill would protect the legal ability of children to access “interventions to align the patient’s appearance or physical body with the patient’s gender identity.” Some of the procedures cross-sex identifiers pursue to mask their biological sex include surgical removal of breasts, uteruses, ovaries, penises, and testicles.

Some lesser known “interventions” include the following for men who seek to masquerade as women: the construction of neovaginas that have to be regularly dilated mechanically to prevent closure, tracheal shaves, hairline “advancements” to create smaller foreheads, lips and cheekbones augmentation, lip lifts, neck liposuction, and jaw and chin “contouring.”

Some lesser known masculinizing “interventions” for women who seek to masquerade as men include the construction of non-functioning “neopenises” from skin grafts taken from forearms or thighs, forehead lengthening/augmentation, browbone implants, cheek implants or grafts, rhinoplasty, chin implants, jaw implants, and thyroid cartilage “enhancement” (i.e., Adam’s Apple implant).

Because lawmakers habitually lie, it’s important to ignore what a bill’s sponsors claim is the intent of their bill. Instead, proposed bills must be carefully read to understand how the language could be interpreted and applied.

California and Illinois seek to be meccas not only for human slaughter but also for sterile non-reproductive homoeroticism and the sterilization and mutilation of children. Leftists who sanctimoniously fume about animal-hunting hold brutally dim views of human life. Their policies expose their hatred of their fellow men, women, and children—a hatred fomented by the father of lies whose deceitful and deceived minions like Wiener and Simmons try to gussy up with sophistry about love, dignity, and rights.

There is a spiritual war roiling the world, causing incalculable human suffering:

For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. (Ephesians 6:12)

These spiritual forces of evil are targeting children with an incomprehensible fervor. Christians must put on the whole armor of God and wage war against this evil with even greater fervor.

There is no degrading depth to which the Biden administration will not sink in its effort to appease sexual deviants and promote sexual deviance while concomitantly offending deplorables of every color.

No, I’m not talking about Biden’s appointment of Dr. “Rachel” Levine, the burly cross-dressing man to be the Assistant Secretary of Health.

Nor am I talking about Sam Brinton, whom Biden appointed to serve as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition in the Office of Nuclear Energy. Brinton is also a cross-dressing, “nonbinary” homosexual who has sex with men who are dressed as dogs.

And I’m not referring to Shawn Skelly, another cross-dressing man whom Biden first appointed to his transition team (no pun intended) for the Department of Defense and then nominated to be the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Readiness.

I’m referring to Biden’s spanking new Monkeypox Czar, Dr. Demetre Daskalakis, whom Biden recently named “White House National Monkeypox Response Deputy Coordinator.” Since Dec. 21, 2020, Daskalakis has served as the CDC’s Director of the Division of HIV/AIDS Prevention and has been described glowingly as an “activist physician with a focus on LGBTQIA+ communities.” This summer, he was the grand marshal of New York City’s pride parade.

When asked about his career focus, homosexual Daskalakis demonstrated his woke bona fides:

We have the tools at our hands to prevent infection and to keep people living with HIV healthy. Our barrier to achieving this vision is no longer science, it is systemic racism, sexism, homophobia, and transphobia.

A physician believes—or claims to believe–that the barrier to sexual health is systemic racism and disapproval of disease-ridden homoerotic practices and cross-dressing.

Not to be outdone by his kinky colleagues in the administration—Levine, Brinton, and Skelly–Czar Daskalakis has been known to cross-dress as a nurse when giving meningitis vaccines to homosexual men at Fire Island. He also appeared on the cover of HIV Plus Magazine wearing a bondage harness in the shape of a star to ensure maximum offense to conservatives.

This is just a smidgen of the grotesquerie the election of Biden has brought to America. Remember this when the General Election rolls around. And remember too, we pay the salaries of these degenerates.

In the past three days, Twitter has suspended the accounts of the well-known satirical website Babylon Bee and of Division I swimmer Reka Gyorgy. What Gyorgy and Babylon Bee share in common is a willingness to criticize the alchemical superstitions of the “trans” cult.

Babylon Bee mocked USA Today for giving the Woman of the Year award to assistant secretary of health at the Department of Health and Human Services, Dr. Richard Leland Levine, alias “Rachel” Levine, who is a man. In response to USA Today’s insulting award, Babylon Bee tweeted that it had awarded Levine its Man of the Year award. Twitter suspended Babylon Bee’s account for alleged “hateful conduct,” a suspension that will be lifted only when Babylon Bee deletes the tweet.

And the left claims they hate censorship.

Former Olympic swimmer and current Virginia Tech swimmer, Reka Gyorgy sent a letter to the NCAA and tweeted about the injustice of having to compete against a biological male—also known as a man—which cost Gyorgy a chance to swim the 500 freestyle in the NCAA finals. Gyorgy tweeted,

My finals spot was stolen by Lia Thomas, who is a biological male. Until we all refuse to compete nothing will change. Thanks for all the support retweets and follows. I won’t stop fighting.

Christian obligations

Christians should stand publicly with those who are leading the way on this transgressive nonsense, like Reka Gyorgy, Babylon Bee, and this father and mother of a female NCAA swimmer:

Princeton University law professor Robert P. George recently urged those who reject the assumptions on which the “trans” ideology is built to live with integrity:

When you’re pressed to state or list your pronouns, you’re being asked to sign up for a practice with certain ideological presuppositions. It is not, and cannot be, a simple matter of politesse. If you believe in the ideology, and don’t mind being pressed to express your loyalty to its tenets, then, by all means, be my guest. But if you don’t believe it, or if you believe it but object as a matter of principle to being pressured to make public affirmations of beliefs, then stand by your principles and don’t sign onto the practice. The key things, either way, are to recognize what’s going on and have the integrity—and courage—to stick to your principles.

If theologically orthodox Christians believe their beliefs are true, then they should act like it.

Christian failures

The courage of these parents raises the question, why aren’t all Christian parents of high school and collegiate athletes saying publicly what these parents said?

There are two reasons that account for the refusal of so many Christians to speak truth. First, many Christians refuse to stand for truth in the public square unless they are guaranteed that doing so will be cost-free. But that is not what Christ promises those who follow him. He promises that the Christian walk will be costly. He promises that Christians will be mocked and hated just as he was.

While Christians claim to admire men and women who have stood steadfastly and suffered grievously for the faith even to the point of martyrdom, many Christians teach their children by word and deed to flee from even the mildest form of persecution. Say and do nothing that will tarnish a reputation, cost a job promotion, or lose a friend.

According to the leftist, “whose truth?” crowd, there is no objective truth—oh, except every moral belief they hold. THOSE beliefs—the source of which is their reservoir of deep feelings—are absolute, objective, transcendent, eternal moral truths, disagreement with which leftists believe should cost you your reputation, your ability to earn a living, and friendships.

In a sermon series on Romans and preached over fifty years ago, Pastor Martyn Lloyd-Jones identified the second reason for Christian silence in the face of evil, a problem that has only grown since he preached about it:

Christian people are mistaking natural qualities, niceness, a cultural veneer or politeness, for true Christian grace. … How often today is affability mistaken for saintliness! “What a gracious man he is,” they say. What they really mean is this: he never criticizes, and he agrees with everybody and everything. I know of nothing more dangerous than that. … Affability is not saintliness. … We are now judging only by our own subjective feelings, by our impressions and reactions. Is there anything so dangerous?

Real love, as opposed to some saccharine, ever-affirming substitute—requires first knowing what is true.

The danger of judging only by our own subjective feelings is nowhere more obvious than in the “trans” cult. “Trans”-activists in thrall to the delusional and dangerous idea that authentic identity is constituted solely by each person’s subjective feelings are destroying lives and necessary institutions and conventions.

Will Thomas, alias “Lia,” has likely been convinced by the “trans” cult that what he’s doing is brave and important. He’s likely been convinced that he will go down in history as a much beloved hero—the Rosa Parks of the “trans rights” movement. Someone should tell Thomas that “trans” cultists don’t care about him. They don’t care about anyone or anything other than their narcissistic, solipsistic, perverse desires.

They don’t care that Thomas will lose most of his swimming buddies because men know that he is stealing places and records from women.

“Trans”-cultists don’t care about the sad life Thomas will lead going forward.

They don’t care about the young women who will not want to date a cross-dressing man.

They don’t care about all the young women who after spending a decade swimming four hours a day all year long, had this year of collegiate swimming ruined.

They don’t care about the feelings of all the women whose locker rooms were invaded by a man who openly undressed in front of them this swim season.

And “trans”-cultists certainly don’t care about Will Thomas’ eternal life.

While “authenticity” for Thomas and Levine centers on their disordered subjective desires and their rejection of material reality, for other people authenticity centers on acceptance of biological reality and biblical truth—including the importance of not bearing false witness. For those people, denying God’s creation of males and females and bearing false witness by using false pronouns are acts of rebellion against God. For those people, such dishonorable acts are profoundly harmful and unloving acts.

Those who claim to revere diversity, equity, inclusivity, tolerance, freedom, and authenticity should be first in line to defend the right of conservative Christians to live authentically Christian lives.

The “trans”-gender house is built on a sandy foundation of faulty assumptions, delusions, biased pseudoscience, and bald-faced lies, all of which are propped up by buckets of ducats from the likes of the Pritzker family, the Stryker family, Tim Gill, and “Martine” Rothblatt and by the suppression of speech. It’s an ugly evil project that is destroying bodies, minds, souls, families, churches, schools, the practice of medicine, institutions related to lawmaking, speech rights, and religious liberty. Who could possibly be behind a project of such scope and enormity?

Yesterday, U.S. Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) put to shame every Congressman and Congresswoman who refuses to state publicly and definitively that no medical professional should support cross-sex hormone-doping for minors or the elective removal of healthy parts of their sexual anatomy as “treatments” for disordered feelings about their maleness or femaleness.

The inspiring and courageous statements by Senator Paul occurred in a must-see exchange between Senator Paul and the pitiable Dr. “Rachel” Levine, a cross-dressing male physician whom the pandering Joe Biden has nominated to be his assistant health secretary. Of all the physicians in all of America, Biden chose a psychologically unwell man, and the reason for choosing Levine? Obviously, he was chosen because he masquerades as a woman and calls his masquerade “authentic identity.”

Senator Paul began by reminding Levine that female genital mutilation has been widely condemned:

Genital mutilation has been condemned by the WHO, the United Nations Children’s Fund, and the United Nations Population Fund. According to the WHO, genital mutilation is recognized internationally as a violation of human rights. Genital mutilation is considered particularly egregious because as the WHO notes, it is nearly always carried out on minors and is a violation of the rights of children.

Senator Paul further noted that as with genital mutilation, social forces today play a critical role in forming “trans”-cultic beliefs and practices that harm the bodies of minors:

Genital mutilation is not typically performed by force, but, as WHO notes, by social convention, social norm, the social pressure to conform, to do what others do and have been doing, as well as the need to be accepted socially, and the fear of being rejected by the community.

Evidence increasingly shows that social influences, including both the influence of social media and peers, have profound effects on adolescents, particularly on girls who tend to be more vulnerable to what are called “social contagions” (e.g., repressed memory syndrome, bulimia, and cutting) than are boys.

A study released in the United Kingdom showed that between 2009-2018, there was a 4,515 percent increase in the number of minor girls seeking to “transition,”—a shocking increase that many experts believe is the result of social media providing a distorted lens through which girls are misinterpreting their often normal feelings.

Rather than recommending waiting and counseling to get at the root causes for the confused and disordered feelings of minors, “trans”-cultists and their profiteering allies are recommending experimental medications and surgeries while banning counseling.

Senator Paul asked Levine,

Dr. Levine, you have supported both allowing minors to be given hormone blockers to prevent them from going through puberty, as well as surgical destruction of a minor’s genitalia. Like surgical mutilation, hormonal interruption of puberty can permanently alter and prevent secondary sexual characteristics. The American College of Pediatricians reports that 80 to 95% of pre-pubertal children with gender dysphoria will experience resolution by late adolescence, if not exposed to medical intervention and social affirmation. Dr. Levine, do you believe that minors are capable of making such a life changing decision as changing one’s sex?

Note U.S. Senator Paul’s inclusion of “social affirmation,” as a factor that contributes to minors persisting in their rejection of their biological sex. Affirming their delusional thinking through incorrect pronouns and restroom/locker room usage policies harm children.

Instead of answering Senator Paul’s direct and clear question, Levine dodged with a pre-memorized evasion, so Senator Paul tried again:

Let’s be a little more specific since you evaded the question. Do you support the government intervening to override the parent’s consent to give a child puberty-blockers, cross-sex hormones, and/or amputation surgery of breasts and genitalia? You have said that you’re willing to accelerate the protocols for street kids. I’m alarmed that poor kids with no parents who are homeless and distraught, that you would just go through with this and allow that to happen to a minor.

Again, Levine robotically recited the same memorized, evasive non-answer, which revealed that Levine does, indeed, support the chemical sterilization and surgical mutilation of minors who experience sexual confusion, often because of abuse and/or the toxic influence of social media.

Barely containing his justifiable and righteous anger over the destructive ignorance and dissembling of Levine, Senator Paul said what every decent American should be saying publicly and often:

Let it go into the record that the witness refused to answer the question. The question is a very specific one: Should minors be making these momentous decisions? For most of the history of medicine, we wouldn’t let you have a cut sewn up in the ER, but you’re willing to let a minor take things that prevent their puberty, and you think they get that back? You give a woman testosterone enough that she grows a beard, and you think she’s going to go back looking like a woman when you stop the testosterone? You have permanently changed them. Infertility is another problem. None of these drugs have been approved for this. They’re all being used off-label. I find it ironic that the left that went nuts over hydroxychloroquine being used possibly for COVID are not alarmed that these hormones are being used off-label.

There’s no long-term studies. We don’t know what happens to them. We do know that there are dozens and dozens of people who’ve been through this, who regret that this happened. And a permanent change happened to them and if you’ve ever been around children, 14-year-olds can’t make this decision. In the gender dysphoria clinic in England, 10% of the kids are between the ages of three and 10. We should be outraged that someone is talking to a three-year-old about changing their sex. I can’t vote for you if you can’t make a decision.

U.S. Senator Paul’s concluding statement exposed the hypocrisy and dishonesty of leftists. To leftists, the off-label use of hydroxychloroquine for the emergency treatment of a viral pandemic that was killing thousands of people worldwide was unconscionable. Why? Because successfully treating COVID-19 would have helped President Trump.

But the off-label use of puberty-blockers like Lupron, and the prescription of estrogen for physically healthy boys and progesterone for physically healthy girls are not only medically sound but also altruistic acts of love. At least the “trans” cult and its legion of allies think so.

And who are these allies? Who are the groups that gain from exploiting confused children?

Well, there are the cosmetic surgeons, endocrinologists, pharmaceutical companies, mental health “professionals,” academics, and YouTube “influencers” whose greedy hands are grasping for the filthy lucre the “trans” cult generates for them.

And then there are the pandering politicians like Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and every member of Congress who are content to say nothing as the bodies of children are destroyed. Children are expendable commodities because, unlike “trans”-cultists,” children have no power.
