Last year many municipalities voted to Opt Out of marijuana sales and businesses. Several municipalities have a marijuana referendum on the March 17 Primary ballot, and early voting has begun. Voters in Northlake can request a ballot to vote on the referendum question and DO NOT have to declare a political party.
