Failing Schools in Illinois

In this segment on AM560 The Answer, Dan Proft and Amy Jacobson discuss the public education system in Illinois. Throughout this segment, Dan Proft goes through the statistics of children’s proficiency in school. The Illinois State Report Card gives startling statistics, as these reveal the failure of the government to properly educate our children. Parents have a duty to take their kids out of public schools, not only because of the ethics that are being taught, but also because education is not being achieved.

Funny enough, the Illinois State Board of Education gives flying colors to the teachers in the system saying that they are excellent, proficient teachers. As Proft says, “All of the teachers are excellent and none of the kids can read or do math.” It is evident that our children are being indoctrinated, not educated.
