HB 4826 – No Credit for Wrongthink in Illinois

HB 4826 would prohibit licensed professionals in Illinois from receiving continuing education (CE) credit for any course or training that promotes or teaches services, treatments, or procedures already banned under state law by left-wing lawmakers. In effect, it ensures CE programs cannot be used to discuss, explore, or legitimize practices that progressive policymakers have deemed unacceptable.
