The healthcare reform impasse is a setback for life advocates, because taxpayers will continue to send hundreds of millions of dollars to Planned Parenthood. However, U.S. Rep. Randy Hultgren points out that Congress can still take steps through the budgetary appropriations process to defund the abortion giant and redirect that money to quality community health centers.
