On February 5, 2025, President Donald J. Trump signed his “No Men in Women’s Sports” executive order, which White House officials said would roll back foolish changes that were made by the Biden administration on Title IX regulations. These regulations prohibit sex-based discrimination in any education program or activity receiving federal funds.

“With this executive order, the war on women’s sports is over,” President Trump said in his remarks. He was joined at the ceremony in the White House’s East Room by a number of pro-women activists, including Riley Gaines, a former collegiate swimmer and activist who worked to stop biological males from participating in women’s sports.
