Senator Tim Bivins Makes a Courageous Stand for Marriage

On February 14, 2013, Senator Tim Bivins (R-Dixon) stood before Senate and made a courageous and well-documented plea in defense of natural marriage. The speech was made immediately before the Illinois Senate approved SB 10 to change the definition of marriage.
