Iron Sharpens Iron is a Conference Network made up of individual ministries that are working interdependently to most effectively offer local church resources for men. We are doing this by mobilizing ministries to resource local churches with a first class one-day equipping conference that is designed for men (age 13 and older). Featuring Don Davis and Gary Rosberg.
Dr. Gary & his wife Barb Rosberg are sought-after executive life and marriage coaches, award-winning authors, and beloved international marriage conference speakers. Together, the Rosbergs are co-founders of the international ministry, America’s Family Coaches, and directly address the needs of marriages today with remarkable insight and biblical truth; in addition to serving marriages through America’s Family Coaches, they also provide one-on-one executive life and marriage coaching through The Rosberg Group.
Don Davis is the Senior Director of Player Affairs and Senior Advisor to the Executive Director for the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA), the union that governs the professional football players of the NFL. In this role, Don serves as the union’s direct point of contact and lead player rights advocate for all 1900 active players within the NFL — a position that requires both strength and diplomacy. A crucial resource for the union, Don is responsible for advancing and overseeing the management of varying aspects of player labor issues. Specifically, Don ensures that players understand their individual rights and benefits as outlined in the Collective Bargaining Agreement. A luminary in
numerous ways, Don matriculated seamlessly from a robust career as a professional football player to his current role as a business executive. He has transformed the union’s player affairs operations, expanded player services and outreach, while also establishing detailed metrics for success and accountability.
