This year we are featuring three well-respected Pro-Life Christian leaders who will help us better understand, debate and persuade people in our spheres of influence to the sanctity of human life. Now more than ever, Christians must contend for the sanctity of human life. This is especially true in Illinois where we have become an abortion destination point of the Midwest. The pro-life message must be intentionally and actively articulated and propagated to the people in our spheres of influence. We cannot assume they understand the spiritual, biological and emotional aspects of what abortion does to a women and society.

Studies have shown that only 6 percent of professing Christians have a biblical worldview. Because of this, today’s believers live very similarly to the unbelieving world. As such, they tend to believe the false narratives being promoted by pop culture, the media, academia and Leftwing government officials.

Having a solid, consistent Christian worldview has never been more important than it is now as our culture is rapidly embracing a temporal, non-biblical value system. As we are set free of deadly lies by the Truth of the Gospel, and as we better understand God’s ways and precepts, our love and compassion for our neighbor should compel us to spread the truth and to teach those around us all that Jesus commanded. (Matthew 28:19020)
